How to make it
Golden milk (turmeric + black pepper + fat) or standardised curcumin capsules; ginger tea; 杜仲 in bone soup for a weak low back. A warm compress also eases stiff joints.

Always pair turmeric with black pepper + a little fat, or absorption is poor.
