Cool compress or oat/mung-bean bath for comfort; a mung-bean or honeysuckle drink is the traditional "cooling" internal support. Persistent/spreading rash → see a doctor.

Note food triggers if hives recur (shellfish, nuts, additives).

Heat/damp-clearing is the classical treatment for red, weepy or hot skin eruptions.
Cautions: Widespread hives with breathing/swallowing trouble = anaphylaxis → emergency. A painful, blistering, or fever-linked rash needs medical review.
