How to make it
Drink 1–2 cups; and use a cooled, strained brew as a soothing face rinse or a 10-min compress for hot, oily or irritated skin.
Why it works
The antioxidant catechins are the shared active internally and topically.

Tea as a cooling, heat-clearing drink is classical; cooled brew as a wash is folk practice.
