How to make it
当归 9 g + 生姜 15 g + 500 g lamb, simmered 1.5 h with a splash of rice wine. Eaten in the week after menses or in deep winter.

Lamb + Dang Gui = protein + iron with the warming frame — functional pairing for blood rebuilding.
